Review of Physiotherapy - Ashford written by a patient

Understanding of the problem. Helpful with improvement and positive outlook. Improvement to be - no attention released in session, other places have moved me about and cracked my back, then offered exercises to improve after. I have improved back and very happy with care! :-).

Understanding of her problems were intruding on lifestyle. Very professional expertise and advice. Practical advice and tips which made exercises achievable. Very sympathetic but entirely practical approach. Very helpful and effective advice and attitude which I don't believe needs any improvement. The opportunity to self refer for same problems over a six month period after discharge.

Chetan has been very supportive and has helped me to progress back to running (couch 25k) after I ruptured my calf muscle (plantaris) last year.

Lots of different exercises and ideas. Rarely had to wait any longer than 5 mins for appts. Friendly team. Very hard to contact the physio dept by phone. Either engaged or not answered.

The physiotherapy was well explained to me, given all instructions I needed. Print all exercises and given to me. Explained well how important to carry on and how effective are the exercises, very pleasant and well mannered, my physiotherapist, always in time, I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes, so well done to all :-).

My physio was really interested in what I discussed was the problem. I felt she really helped with her exercises and was never rushed or dismissed. I feel much stronger now, thanks to her. Best physio I have ever seen.

I have seen 3 GP and 1 consultant. They gave me about 2 mins of their time. Physio listened to me and my symptoms and give good explanation. Kind physio, therapist, made me feel positive and that I could help myself to be better.
